User shall be responsible for paying user own shipping costs for returning item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If user receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from user refund.

• for domestic deliveries (remote areas): AED 10 for order weight 0-5 KG, plus AED 3.0 / KG for order weight > 5 KG
• for non-domestic deliveries: the charges will be as incurred by the shipment company
